Lowela Anunciacion joined EdInsights in October 2009 and currently oversees its administrative/operational and fiscal needs. Lowela earned her BS in Business Administration at Sacramento State and prior to joining EdInsights she worked in both real estate and finance, providing administrative and operations services.
